Transformation of academic practice presents significant challenges, particularly when embedding institutional strategic objectives at a faculty or school level is required. Often individuals have not been fully engaged with the rationale for change and may be unconvinced about the need for change.
My success as a consultant is driven by my academic credibility and belief in the value and importance of higher education to society and my passion for ensuring that all students and staff have the opportunity to improve their performance and achieve their potential. I feel that my authenticity and belief in the people I am working with provides the safe environment needed for reflection and critical evaluation of current practice enabling individuals to take ownership of the change and learn from mistakes.
